Production Engineer

1. Perform process transfer, development, and optimization for technology transfer and process qualification. 2. Lead the start-up of new equipment, including process characterization, development, and performance evaluation. 3. Initiate, coordinate, and support projects aimed at preventing process excursions, improving productivity, and enhancing product quality. 4. Act as a liaison between the production module/department, technology integration, and quality engineering to ensure smooth daily operations. 5. Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols are followed by all workers, and supervise their implementation. 6. Follow the factory production plan and provide feedback to the sewing supervisor or other relevant departments in case of uncertainties or required adjustments. 7. Collaborate with related departments to ensure all materials are received on time for production and address any issues that arise. 8. Provide production instructions related to manpower allocation and job task arrangements to ensure efficient workflow.
