Job Descriptions: • Responsible for validating new requirements related to vision, developing software processes, on-site debugging and commissioning, and analysing repeatability, GRR (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility), and related data during the process. • Responsible for on-site equipment installation and commissioning, and perform acceptance tests based on the customer's requirements. • Responsible for on-site equipment troubleshooting, system application, and maintenance to ensure stable operation of the equipment to customers. • Responsible for on-site work arrangements and progress tracking, record and feedback on-site issues. • Responsible for proposing optimization suggestions and assisting design personnel to continuously optimize the equipment. • Responsible for on-site technical training for customers. • Respond to customer service requests quickly to increase customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships. • Carry out the evaluation, verification and development of machine vision application system based on client requirements. • Conduct feasibility studies based on such requirements. • Work closely with other department to define the requirements for the creation of total business solutions. • Complete other work arrangements as required. Job Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or Science in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Computer/ Optical/ Photonics or related field. • Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLC programming and ability to independently debug PLC software. • Ability to design and develop ABB robot systems, with proficiency in debugging Inovance, UR, and YAMAHA robots. • Expertise in Cannula A, Cannula B and Final Packing wiring, capable of independently handling wiring for entire machines and analysing, locating, and repairing circuit faults. • Proficiency in Visual C++ and Visual C# and advanced programming techniques such as multithreading and events. • Knowledge of Cannula A, Cannula B and Final Packing machine vision hardware, familiar with digital image processing principles and methods, capable of independently managing project implementation. • Skilled in using ViMax and VisionMaster2D vision platforms for alignment, measurement, recognition, and defect detection software development. • Experienced with Keyence, DeepVision, and LMI3D vision platforms for height measurement and flatness measurement software development. • Proficiency in camera debugging software such as MVS and pylon Viewer. • Mastery of programming methods for TCP Socket server and client communication, serial communication, etc. • Knowledge of machine vision hardware, familiar with digital image processing principles and methods (Halcon/OpenCV/VisionPro), and capable of independently writing related image algorithms. • Skilled in using 2D and 3D cameras from brands such as Hikvision, Basler, Cognex, and Baumer. • Proficiency in validating and selecting camera, lens, and lighting solutions, and conducting risk assessments. • Ability to independently read and understand 3D/2D drawings and assemble according to the drawings, as well as familiar with engineering drawing software such as CAD/SOLIDWORKS. • Proficiency in using instruments such as micrometres and laser distance meters for precise assembly of equipment structures. • Experience in wiring automation non-standard equipment and levelling Cannula A, Cannula B and Final Packing machine installations. • Knowledge of various mechanical structures and mechanism design, with the ability to analyse structural rationality and debugging methods independently. • Ability to independently perform DOE verification according to URS, analyse data, and produce DOE experiment reports • Clear understanding of international electrical standards such as GB, IEC, CE, and UL. • Familiarity with ISO13485 and related medical standards. • Able to read, understand and translate URS manuals in Mandarin independently. • Experience with 3-5 years in machine vision inspection field will be an added advantage.
