ARCHITECT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:- • To assist in coordination with other trades and resolving of all site technical issues including C&S, M&E and landscape to avoid any possible delay • Attend and report at all site meetings, consultant technical coordination meetings, site technical meetings and others as required and directed by the SO/Architect • To plan, manage, monitor, control and coordinate the architecture works and other trades in order to achieve timely completion of the project within specified quality, specification and cost. The key area of works is at the site and architecture quality management • To ensure adequate coordination of works, duties, responsibilities among consultants site personnel to ensure timely response to submittals and generally resolving all technical and contractual issues • To assist in reviewing Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and Document Submittals, Design and Issue of Construction Details • To liaise with the relevant Consultant and COW. • To ensure project is executed to specification, safety requirement, cost and schedule Requirements:- • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. • Must have at least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Construction / Developer/ Consultant firm field is required for this position. • Preferable candidate with experienced in handling Government projects. • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written. • Posses good and positive attitude.
