Compounding Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor

- Overall supervision of the operations at assigned Compounding area and work stations. - Arrange manpower and materials accordingly to ensure Compounding operations are smoothly carried out. - Plan to compound latex based on dipping chart and chemical preparation for production use. - Supervise compounders during compounding and preparation of chemicals to ensure the activities are performed as per standard operating procedure and instruction. - Ensure all raw materials such as latex, dispersions, composites and chemicals are "Passed" and approved by QA before used for compounding or pre-mixing. - Assist immediate superior on evaluation activities required for new raw materials whenever is required. - Generate required records and ensure that all documents used are updated and well maintained as per standard operating procedure. - Check and approve Compounding and Pre-mixing logsheets. - Ensure the tools and equipments used are well maintained and calibrated, if calibration is needed. - Ensure the cleanliness of the Compounding areas and work stations and follow safety procedures. - Ensure that the subordinates know the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, understand and ensure that the Quality Policy and Quality Objective are established. - Ensure that Social accountability policy, Company security policy and Safety, Health and Environmental policy are clear and communicated to subordinates. - Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and above.
