- Assist QA Assistant Manager for the full spectrum of QA function, including supervision of his or her subordinate in QA department, monitor the product or process quality control to enhance for continual improvement. - Ensure quality of incoming and outgoing products are maintained through the use of adopted sampling method, testing equipments and other quality control tools. - Train his or her subordinates to ensure their tasks are consistently performed accordance to the specific job functions. - Ensure proper documentation control at QA Department to ensure the required documents are available as and when required. - Implement statistical process control to monitor departmental target or objectives as and when necessary. - Ensure and verify corrective action that is taken by relevant parties to prevent from any re-occurrence at various stages of production process control. - Ensure any non-conformities detected at in-coming, in-process or pre-shipment are segregated for unintended use and report to immediate superior and above. - Ensure that sampling and testing are done according to specifications. - Prepare and submit quality performance report to immediate superior and above. - Ensure good housekeeping at QA workstations. - Ensure production process control parameters are performed as per specification set. - Ensure that Social accountability policy, Company security policy and Safety & Health policy are clear and communicated to employees at all levels. - Ensure that the subordinates know the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, understand and ensure that the Quality Policy and Quality Objective are established. - Ensure that the planning of the Quality Management System is carried out to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 , ISO 13485 and the Quality Objectives. - Understand about interest parties, meet expectation of each process, know about risk and control the risk effectively to achieve required objective. - Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior. - Review change control of documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that documented procedure are established, documented, implemented and maintained. - Ensure that all internal and external documents or reference documents are updated.
