Assist Property Advisor and Property Agent in the job related to real estate. Greet and assist clients who visit the office or inquire about properties. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments for property viewings. Create and maintain property listings, brochures, and promotional materials. Update property information on various online listing platforms and the company website. Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers. Accompany Property Advisors and Agents during property viewings and open houses. Provide clients with property information, answer questions, and address their concerns. Offer excellent customer service, ensuring clients receive a positive experience throughoutthe sales process. Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on their requests. Manage sales gallery and show units. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
