Protege - Quantity Surveyor

Requirement: 1. Degree/Master in Quantity Surveyor Job Description: 1. Assist on taking off quantity, controlling, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ and ordering and material shuffling. 2. Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager prepare monthly report progress claim, subcontractor' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account. 3. Able to do cost estimation independently and accurately. 4. Assist for site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor. 5. Coordinate with the project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses, project cost control etc. 6. Assist in all aspects of the purchasing function including sourcing and selecting. 7. Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager on negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors. 8. Submission of material approval. 9. Assist to prepare and compile documents for tender submission.
