Warehouse & Logistics Executive | Shah Alam

Position: Warehouse & Logistics Executive – Spine Industry: Medical Devices Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) / standby for emergency case support after working hours. Working Location: Seksyen 26, Shah Alam, Selangor Salary: Basic range from RM2,500 - 3,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Job Responsibilities: • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning) • Oversee inventory procedures. • Oversee SLOC management. • Top Up Spine Sets • Maintain trackers & Follow SOP • Perform write off for SLOC management on monthly basis. • Follow up and monitor pending GRN. • Responsible for open GRN to avoid write off during quarter/financial year end. • SPOC for issues related to warehousing and transportation. • Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery) • Track KPIs for Warehouse & transportation. • Support Billing. • Support Ad Hoc work during Weekend.
