Requirements: You'll play an important role in: Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Responsibility Your operational hours will be 10am - 8:30pm Earliest shift: 10am - 7pm or 11:30am -8:30pm Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour break Passionate on customer experience related tasks Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Possess at least a SPM Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia Fresh graduated are welcome to apply – PAID TRAINING Provided!!
