OPTOMETRIST

a. Responsible to manage daily clinic flow. b. Provide ocular health assessment with the ability to assess patients needs, meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. c. Handling all diagnostic tools/equipment, analyzing test results, and recommending proper eye care treatment. d. Provide patient counseling on all aspects of eye health care including pre and post-operation care. e. Handling patients queries and complaints. f. Assist Doctor in Minor Procedure or in Operation Theatre. g. Orientate, supervise, and train new employees and or optometry students. h. Involve in problem-solving, decision making, assist in and emergency procedures. i. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
