1) Monitoring the work order status and initiate a plan to solve any pending work order. 2) Carry out PM, CM in the areas of expertise and provide training to the subordinate. 3) Assist and guide subordinates on their daily work. 4) Provide feedback to user on the work order status and resolve any issue. 5) Propose solution to the Head of department on any work related issue. 6) Plan work and resources on the PM and CM work. 7) Monitor outstanding work to avoid deduction and demerit. 8) Prepare method statement for works that require extension of time. 9) Take photos for any mishandling, negligence and vandalism work orders and prepare report. 10) Identify fast moving parts to be kept for stocks. 11) Do analysis on user complaint and come up a report on the proposed solution. 12) Ensure work safety is adhered to by all subordinates in carry out works. 13) Resolve all departmental issues related to the discipline, training, safety, welfare etc. 14) Identify and involve in additional work program for additional revenue. 15) To undertake any other tasks as assigned by top management from time to time.
