RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and key-in customer demand in system. • Control customer property tooling and issue tooling invoice. • Assist in customer delivery proposals and presentations for clients. • Support customer delivery requirement date. • Create and update sales delivery documents (ex: PO, Invoice, Packing list, Sales Instruction). • Manage sales amount data file by once a week. • Support sales manager and sales staff to communicate to customers and prepare documents. • Support other tasks instruct by superior from time to time. REQUIREMENTS; • Minimum of six (6) months sales assistant or administrative experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. • A Diploma or bachelor degree is required for this position. • Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook. • Able to work comfortably in a fast pace environment.
