Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for organizing and managing on-site production plans, personnel, resources, scheduling, and quality control to meet customer delivery commitments. 2. Responsible for all tasks within the team, strictly adhering to superiors' instructions for implementing production tasks, and promptly reporting any special situations to the production supervisor. 3. Evaluate employee performance. 4. Submit weekly and monthly reports. 5. Summarize and share cases related to quality, safety, cost, and delivery. 6. Arrange and achieve production plans, plan resources. 7. Responsible for production management, accountable for objectives, quality, and safety. 8. Responsible for production technical, coordinate department progress, and conduct personnel training. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum Diploma or above is required. 2. 4-5 years of experience as a production line leader or in an equivalent position. 3. Proficient in electronics, experienced in on-site management, and adept at innovation, with a quick response time. 4. Demonstrates strong responsibility, dedication, and integrity, with excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and is willing to follow leadership directives. 5. Able to communicate in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Write), English, Bahasa Malaysia. 6. Able to work under pressure.
