CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision plastic components. Hands-on plastic machining involves working with a variety of materials, including Polypro, PVC,PET (Ertalyte), PPS (Techtron), Vespel, Torlon, Celazole, PPO (Noryll), Teflon, PFA, Delrin, Ultem, PEEK, G4,G10,G11 and etc. Interpret technical drawing and perform machining process. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixture and attachments for plastic materials. Monitor machine operations and conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. Maintain production output efficiency, work place’s safety & 5S. To comply with all company’s safety rules & regulation at all time. And any other job as assigned by management from time to time. Requirements Minimum SPM 2-3 years of relevant working experience Ability to work independently and problem-solve machining challenges. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
