QC Supervisor

Responsibilities: Handles day-to-day QC Inspection operations included incoming QC, in-process and outgoing QC activities according to Drawing / Job order requirement. Review existing daily operation and recommend for improvement Quality record. Initiate corrective action for non-conformance detect on floor. Raise NCR and follow up status and verify corrective action taken. To maintain and perform ISO 9001 Internal Audit. To maintain and perform Document Control. Maintain QA Department 5S, cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all time. To provide training and guidance to subordinates in regards to daily activities and identified training needs. To handle any other tasks as assigned by Superior. Requirements: Min 5years of experience in the related field. Able to lead & make decisions. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Hands on QA testing Equipment. Hands on QA tools, SPC and 8D. Knowledge in GD&T
