Job Descriptions :- 1. Electrical Work • To check on electrical services and all electrical supplies. • Troubleshoot electrical problem. • Open PR for electrical item orders. • Service all company properties as of when required. • To do MRF from all departments. • Monitor and service switch room on a weekly basis. • Electrical services for worker’s hostel as of when required. 2. Machinery • Repair and service all factory machines on a scheduled basis. • Troubleshoot any machine problem/breakdown. • Preventive maintenance as of when required. 3. Air-cond Service • To perform air-cond services on a monthly schedule. • Troubleshoot air-cond problem, trip, leaking, gas and etc. • Report on major air-cond services that requires sub-contractor as of when required. 4. Air Compressor Supply • Service air filter and cooling oil on a scheduled basis. • Checking and service all compressors in the factory. • Monitor sufficient air supply. 5. Plumbing • To check and service water pump at lower ground and higher ground water supply. • Repair any leaking pipe as of when required. • Service main water filter at a timely basis. 6. Factory facility/Property Maintenance • To check and fix any complaints from the management related to the above mentioned. • To inform supervisor/HOD when major service or repairmen required sub-contractor. -To perform ad hoc assignments from time to time as deemed fit by the Supervisor. -Carry out support work and must be able to work under minimum supervision and work as team.
