Job Responsibilities 1) Calculating and preparing the bq and tender 2) Assisting the Engineers in preparing the proposals 3) Assisting in monitoring, planning, and scheduling work programme 4) Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and local authorities 5) Assisting in procuring informations prior to implementation of projects 6) Preparing Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, Specialists’ progress payment certificates with details 7) Sourcing building materials and/or specialist sub-contractors and tabulate comparison for decision making Job Responsibilities 1) To ensure the project's quality and progress are up to or better than what was planned 2) To ensure the smooth flow of information between subcontractors, consultants, and contractor 3) To monitor changes in plans, variation orders, and other additional requirements taken into accounts and informed to the relevant parties
