Overview A Sales Engineer must possess a deep understanding of technical products and services, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales acumen, providing expert guidance and support to our sales team as they engage with potential and existing customers. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, recommending the right solutions, and closing deals with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities - Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and technical challenges. - Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos that clearly explain product features, benefits, and value propositions. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for sales and marketing purposes. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and engage with potential customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports, proposal materials; Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field. - 2+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering. - Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to build rapport with customers and build trust. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated and results-oriented.
