Production Executive - Plastic Injection Molding

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing the plastic injection moulding operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output in accordance with company’s standards and goals. This role involves supervising the production team, managing the workflow, and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the plastic injection moulding production line, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that injection moulding machines and equipment are in optimal condition and arrange for repairs when necessary. Develop and implement production schedules based on project requirements and resource availability. Monitor and analyze production processes for improvements and efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate new products into the production line and optimize existing processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to meet production demands. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues. Prepare and present reports on production metrics, including efficiency, waste, and downtime. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection moulding production. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plastic injection molding industry. Strong understanding of the automotive manufacturing process. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in production planning and quality control principles. Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
