QC Inspector

Job Summary Conduct all testing requirements for both new and existing products. Key Responsibilities • Assist Supervisor to prepare monthly report. • As a back-up to others inspector or supervisor. • Assist during the trial run of new product. • Ensure the product produced according to QA Plan and WI. • Prepare documentation and maintain documents as per ISO 9001 and TS16949 requirement • 5S activities. • Perform any others duties as required. Ability to use tact and sensitivity in handling day-to-day interactions. • Planning and organizing skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Know calibration and measurement equipment • Familiar with Microsoft Excel KPIs • Rejection rate • Accuracy rate of measurement equipment • NCRs • DCRs
