Responsibilities 1. Observe and comply SOP & ISO Policy and Procedure for Inventory Department. 2. Daily generating goods received note. 3. Scan & save documents (Supplier Delivery Order and GRN) and submit copies to Accounts Department. 4. Perform Material Transfer in system and submit to Inventory Executive for approval. Scan & save the documents. 5. Compile Material Requisition Form (MRP) from Production Department submit to Accounts Department. Scan & save the documents. 6. Monthly check quantity for stocks keep at suppliers' premises against system balance. Report to Inventory Manager if found discrepancies. 7. Monitor level of quantity for Delivery Order (DO) booklet. Raise purchase requisition to replenish DO booklet when stock is getting low. 8. Responsible in stationaries and fixed assets requisition. 9. Participate in stock count activities arrange by Inventory Manager. 10. Issue monthly claim form for storage material for Inventory Manager approval and submit to Accounts Department. 11. The above job description is by no mean exhaustive. Additional responsibilities may be given as and when it is deemed necessary. Experience / Skills Required 1. Possess at least a minimum of SPM / STPM or Diploma in any related field. 2. Prefer if obtain minimum 1 year working experience in relate field. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply for this position. 3. Assertive and self-initiative. 4. Able to work independently, under pressure & possess a high sense of responsibility. 5. Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin. 6. A good team player and work as a team with positive attitude. 7. Strong communication skills. 8. Computer literate.
