• Assisting Superior in recruitment; advertise job ad, screening resumes, interview, induction and hiring process; preparing job offer, keyed-in new hire particular into GES and other related tasks. • Assisting Superior in IR; issuance of disciplinary letters, involve in Domestic Inquiry exercise, etc. • Assisting Superior in ER; any employee relations/engagement related initiatives. • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. • To provide direct administrative support within the service level agreement (SLA). Handle office facilities and administrative matter including staff quarters, tenancy agreement, utilities bills, purchasing of stationeries and printed materials, overall office maintenance, stores and archiving of Company’s documents. • To provide advice, facilitate options for resolution and enforce implementation of applicable policies and procedure on operational Administration related matters based on HRA Policy, standard operating process & procedure. • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
