A. HR matters • To do Payroll on SQL System. • Advertise new job vacancy on employment website/platform • Conduct a job interview for shortlisted candidate. • Process employment/hiring procedure for the new joined employee. • Briefing new joined company policy, Terms and conditions in Employment Contract (Offer Letter). • To Create and control employee personal file and keep records. To ensure all documents are up to date. • Handle employee queries on all HR-related matters. B. Administrative task • Renew License with MPAG, Permit Barang Kawalan (KPDNHEP) & BOMBA & JKKP • To prepare Company Memo & Official Letter. • To write on Minutes meeting and arrange schedule meeting. • To do renewal for Fire Extinguisher for company and worker hostel • To liase with Tricomas for meter reading printers • To do incoming and outgoing material report C. Authority related matters • To liaise with government authorities’ JTK, KPDNKK, MBMB, BOMBA, IMIGRESEN, KKM, MITI, KWSP, PERKESO for company related matters. • To take part and assist in government site visit inspection.. D. Ad Hoc • Any other ad-hoc tasks such as required by the management. Requirement:- 1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/SKM 2. Willing to learn and have a good attitude 3. Can work independently, Self starter, highly organized & able to perform work within a targetted time frame
