Halal Executive cum Operation Admin

1. Responsible to ensure entire process of procedure, new product, renewal / flow of Halal Certification Management System is in accordance with JAKIM/ JAIS and completely by Internal Halal Development (Jawatankuasa Halal Dalaman) JKHD. 2. Provide and handle in-house or external training related to Halal especially for management, staff and supplier. 3. Liaise with Operations, Purchasing, Food Safety and Hygiene, Human Resources, Maintenance and other departments to meet the Halal compliance. 4. Develop and verified Raw Material Masterlist to any product changes, raw material, supplier, product and process flow from Approved Supplier List. 5. Monitoring and ensuring that only raw material, packaging material and sample used in premises is meeting the Halal requirement. 6. Provide support and assist in day to day operational and administrative task. 7. Act as the primary liaison with various department or any business units. 8. Assist in planning, strategizing and execution efforts. 9. Monitoring Packaging Material and in charge of factory and trucks administration works such as equipment maintenances and factory cleanliness. 10. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
