• Assist in monthly payroll administration & payroll processing. • Uploading statutory contribution payment to related government. (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) • Responsible for checking and updating employees’ daily attendance, updating employee leave records and maintaining personnel files. • Keep track of employees movement and prepare related documents. e.g., confirmation letter, promotion letter, appointment letters and etc. • Handle entire recruitment process. • Prepare offer letter and salary proposal for hired candidates • Apply for employment passes, work permits and related passes for foreign workers and ensure compliance with government/legal HR requirements. • To support and handle all matters relating to disciplinary of staff. • Assist in conducting investigations and follow-up on the processes of disciplinary action. • To ensure all correspondences are recorded and filed accordingly. • Oversee the overall general maintenance of office. • Ensure Licenses and Company’s Insurance are renewed annually.
