PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

1. Oversee and responsible for the whole production area. 2. Monitor the daily production schedule for the job, manpower arrangement, material available, in order to meet production targets. 3. Monitor daily overtime arrangement and output. 4. Implement and control the production schedule in order to meet customer SOT / ETA date. 5. Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations. 6. Implement and enforce production quality requirement at production in order to control numbers of NC. 7. Monitor subordinate to ensure daily production report being update. 8. Coordinate with Project department for line balancing. 9. Analyse production and NC to be detected and correct the problems. 10. Make suggestions for productivity improvements. 11. Determine and implement improvements to the production process. 12. Monitor, review and evaluate the performance of subordinate. 13. Monitor production activities in order to meet and achieve department KPI. 14. Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between production and other departments. 15. Liaise with customer for improvement, price negotiation, re-scheduling, over time when necessary. 16. Attend customer audit, improve on audit non-confirming and monitor on effectiveness of reply. 17. Organising and coordinate with HR of the relevant training to subordinate (internal or external). 18. Support company’s activities to ensure implement smoothly. 19. Support and analyse for production gain/loss, variance in PID during inventory. 20. Ensure production 5S, safety and health are proper implemented and maintain.
