Responsible for the daily operations of E-commerce platforms (Website, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Instagram, Tik Tok shop). • Responsible for managing the product listings on the website & E-commerce platforms to ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description. • Drive, plan, execute and implement the brand, product, and event-based campaigns successfully via digital platforms. • Conceptualize, create, edit, publish, and suggest content optimization that encourages community engagement and follower growth on social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Instagram, Tik Tok). • Monitor platforms’ performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales and overall customer experience. • Manage the end-to-end process of influencer marketing strategy, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers, creating briefs, to evaluating performance • Responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders. • Handling customer service queries from various communication channels. • Other ad-hoc task given by The Management.
