Educational Counsellor

-To carry out daily job duties such as performing telemarketing calls, securing appointment, pitching sales presentations as well as following up with clients and data entry of daily activity updates. -Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email enquiries, incoming calls and leads from recruitment activities in a prompt and effective manner, to ensure all enquiries are successfully converted into applications. -Plan, organize, and arrange business-related meetings, updates, discussions, client activities, and marketing activities. -Plan and participate in student recruitment activities, such as school fairs, education fairs, seminars, workshops and others. -To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with demand understanding their needs. -Handle issues and complaints with patience, providing timely and effective support. -To contribute to team efforts and assisting any ad-hoc tasks given as and when required.
