Requirement: 1. Degree in Quantity Surveyor 2. Experience in Quantity Surveyor for more than 1 years Job description: 1. Responsible for procurement, purchasing and price comparison from sub-con, vendors and suppliers. 2. Responsible for preparation of estimates, quotations, bill of quantities and variation orders. 3. Assist in the overall administrative matters of various contracts and subcontractor work. 4. Monitoring on delivery of goods purchased as per date required to meet the timeline of the projects. 5. Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date. 6. Ensure proper filing of purchasing documentation records from start to end of each projects. 7. Knowledge in M&E works is an added value. 8. Managing, monitoring and coordinate all QS works (take off for BQ preparation & price analysis, tender document preparation, cost estimation, budgetary control, reporting etc). 9. Tender costing preparation and submission. 10. Preparation of cash flow projection and budget control. 11. Preparation of material schedule, sourcing and submission for approval. 12. Acquire quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors and assessment of quotations, negotiate and award of sub-contractors and suppliers, prepare and monitor material delivery schedule and wastage control. 13. Liaison with client/consultants/sub-contractors/suppliers including all necessary correspondence and all contractual matters. 14. Preparation and submission of monthly progress claim to client, arrangement of joint valuation with client/consultants and follow up with the interim payment certificate and payment. 15. Evaluation of sub-contractors claim and issuance of sub-contractor's payment certificate. 16. Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required.
