Job description Responsibilities: Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications & descriptions, and other materials for vacancy posting. Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external agencies on company recruitment activities and job vacancies status. Contact candidates, arrange interview in collaboration with hiring manager and ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably. Contact successful candidates to make job offer. Prepare job offer materials. Conduct an Onboarding program and introductory training for new associates and ensure they are integrated promptly into our environment. Attend & represent company in job fairs and other recruitment agencies. Keep abreast of the latest recruitment methods with innovative ideas Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Science or equivalent. At least 1-year of relevant experience in recruitment activities. Familiar with popular social media sites for hiring; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc Familiar with online job portal; Jobstreet, Indeed etc Possess hiring sourcing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Good networking with head-hunters/ recruitment agencies.
