HR a) Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which includes recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, manpower planning, maintaining personnel files, HR standard reporting, and other HR-related support. b) Responsible in handling and advising the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, termination, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labor laws / Industrial Relations Act, as well as Employment Act. c) Coordinate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. d) Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. e) Support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, conflict management, domestic inquiry, code of conduct, and resolve workplace disputes. f) Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports and benefits program. g) Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, initiatives and procedures across the organization. h) Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. i) Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. j) Nurture a positive working environment . k) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, KPI and KRA review for all staff quarterly and yearly. l) Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. m) Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. n) Liase with statutory bodies (LHDN/PERKESO/KWSP/HRDF) for legal and administration requirements and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. ADMIN a) To liaise with government bodies/local authorities regarding business licensing. b) To ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff of the company and group of company. c) Implementing and maintaining procedures, office administrative systems. d) Responsible to handle petty cash include distributing the cash and collecting receipts for all purchases or any uses of the funds with appropriate accounting entries. e) Keep systematic data and records for record keeping and file maintenance. f) Any other tasks as assigned.
