Bolting & Leak Testing Technician

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering – Nitrogen Helium (N2He) Leak Test/Marine/Mechanical/Oil & Gas /Petroleum or equivalent. Preferably with experience in a Petrochemical and/or Marine industry Familiarity with Marine/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards Proficient in MS Office application specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel Duties and Responsibilities: Perform N2He leak testing, nitrogen purging, critical valve testing and flange management project on site. Able to generate test packs for N2He leak testing. Provides technical and operational expertise to external customers in a professional manner. Coordinate the preparation and review of the technical documentation Assists in pre-planning, job execution, and post job analysis. Operate mass spectrometer, nitrogen converter pump and vaporiser at site operations Insert nitrogen gas in combination with acidizing into pipelines. Test for fluid displacement and pipeline pressure; Conduct the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing N2 units, fluid pumps and other equipment by completing pre and post job inspections Monitor, inspect and adjust all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment's adequate operation, such adjusting pump and injection rates Perform data collection and data distribution on jobs. Ensures all activities are in line with company’s standards and quality Ensuring the project meets its deadlines at each stage Incorporate ad-hoc duties with existing projects to expedite and minimize delays
