Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in operating pulp molding machinery or similar equipment. Skills: Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine operation. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Standing for long periods and working in a manufacturing environment. Manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle tools. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a factory setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Adherence to all safety protocols and use of PPE is required.
