Inspection & Testing: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. Perform physical tests on cartons and paper products, such as bursting strength, edge crush tests, and moisture content analysis. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities. Prepare reports detailing the quality of products and any deviations from standards. Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure that inspection and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, or Quality Control). Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with other teams. Technical Skills: Familiarity with testing equipment and software used in quality control processes.
