ADMIN DEPARTMENT Support the Company on office administration and any other relevant administration to ensure the office is well maintained and smooth running. DAILY - Update & Whatsapp in group for daily attendance record, leave record, exit permit, worker injury and others. - Identify for exit permit purpose. - Update staff leave application into payroll system. - Maintain safe and clean office area, meeting rooms and pantry. - To maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving MONTHLY - All leave form attached with local staff attendance report submit by every month 21st. - Salary calculation for foreign workers submit by every month before 3rd and email to foreign worker agent after checking. YEARLY - Company license and Certification renewal documentation & process. OTHERS WHEN NEEDED/NECESSARY - Arrangement staff courier service for parcel or document. - Set up thumbprint and update employee profile for new joining staff and foreign workers. - Record minutes meeting - Create job vacancy via my future job & arrange interview session - Create photocopy machine ID for new staff join - Other company application certification or license documentation & process - Update & record company, office and staff asset. - Record staff & workers for company uniform. - Staff working travel hotel & flight arrangement - Meeting room cleaning when visitor visit Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or Superior. JOB REQUIREMENT - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Administration/ Marketing - At least 3- 5 years of working experience in related field. - Candidate must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin , English & Bahasa Malaysia - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Must have a good proficiency in Microsoft Office & SQL. - Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and passion to deliver quality work. - Detailed and analytical oriented.
