Key Responsibilities: 1. To manage full spectrum of recruitment process which included job advertisements posting, shortlisting candidates, arrange interview and selection. Work closely with hiring manager and recruitment agencies to fill up the positions. 2. To prepare the related documents for recruitment process and pre-onboarding activities such as Appointment Letter, Pre-employment Check-Up Letter, Transfer Letter and any letters related with staffing. 3. To ensure quality and timely hires through a structured, creative recruitment process, which includes manpower planning and effective recruitment strategies to support the rapid growth of the company. 4. To lead and work closely with the recruiter on recruitment strategies, Head of Departments on all recruitment drive initiatives which include but not limited to walk in interviews, career fairs, career talks, agencies and education institutions. 5. Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees. 6. Handling employee training request, sourcing of programs, coordination, training evaluation, and HRDC application. 7. To assist subordinate in matter related to industrial relations, employee relations and disciplinary management. 8. To assist subordiante in the investigations of disciplinary related complaints and misconduct which including preparing letter related with warning/suspension/ charge/dismissal as per the Company policies. Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in recruitment, training and industrial relations activities for more than 2 years. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices. Proactive, resourceful, possess a sense of urgency and independent in managing own portfolio with very minimum supervision. Immediate availability is preferable
