Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to support our growing business in the FMCG industry. Job Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Handle daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash management. Liaise with internal departments and external auditors for financial audits and reporting. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Strong understanding of Malaysian financial and tax regulations. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
