Role and Responsibilities : - Determine buying requirements and formulate buying strategy. - Sensitive to the market trend and customer demand and work out promotion and marketing strategy plan. - Develop action plan and recommendation to reduce store's disposal. - To ensure optimum stock level for all stores are maintained. - To negotiate the best deals with local and international suppliers on price, quantity, quality and trading terms to meet the Company's objective. - Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge. - Monitor suppliers delivery performance. - Work closely with other departments during planning of new ranges of products. Requirements : - Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent. - At least 5 years of working experience in related field. - Good knowledge of buying processes. - Good negotiation & networking skills. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Words. - Applicant must possess own transportation. - Applicants must be willing to work at Kelana Jaya Business Centre, Petaling Jaya Selangor & willing to travel when required.
