-Greet and assist walk-in customers with after-sales service inquiries. -Provide customers with updates on service progress and estimated completion times. -Assist customers in initiating product repairs, warranty claims, product replacement and returns. -Address customer complaints regarding after-sales service and find prompt, effective solutions. -Oversee the receipt and dispatch of products for repair, ensuring efficient handoffs to logistics. -Maintain a clean and organized front desk and service area, ensuring smooth store operations. -Record customer feedback and service issues for future improvements. Requirements -At least SPM certification -1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage) -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -Experience in other related industries are welcome -Excellence verbal communication skills -Able communicate in English, Mandarin and BM -Friendly and engaging personality Working location: IPC Mall PJ
