Main Responsibilities: Enquiry Journey - • Initial Contact: Be the first point of contact for parents who enquire about the preschool • Parent Engagement: Engage with potential parents to understand their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about the preschool’s curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, admission process, fees, and any other relevant information. • Answer Queries: Address any questions or concerns parents may have about the preschool. • Relationship Building: Build a positive relationship with parents to enhance their experience and encourage enrollment. • Follow-Up: Follow up with parents after the centre tour to answer additional questions and provide support as needed. • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from parents about their experience with the preschool. • Update Lead Management System: Consistently update leads or enquiry statuses, recording relevant & accurate information in CMS Centre Visits - • Centre Tour Coordination: Arrange centre tours for interested parents. • Liaison: Engage with centre PIC informing about the confirmed centre tour appointments Other Points • Text (through communication platforms like Whatsapp ) • Email • Must possess own transport & be able to drive • Must possess own work laptop • Work location is in KL, but exact location will be determined based on client needs. • Basic Salary & Commission
