Production Assistant/ General Worker

JOB SUMMARY : To be responsible for the daily operation of machinery and its output quality, changing of rollers and adjustments, loading of coils / raw materials, welding and ensuring efficient and smooth operation of the assigned machinery. Responsible for subordinate staffs’ productivity, performance, welfare and safety thereto. 1.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 1.1 To be responsible for the daily operation of the assigned machinery and ensuring output are within the quality standards and quantity targets. 1.2 To ensure the loading of coils or other raw materials are in accordance to production schedules and specification as directed by Superior. 1.3 To be responsible for changing of rollers and make adjustments on a timely basis. 1.4 To be responsible and attend to minor repairs on the assigned machinery. 1.5 To ensure effective supervision of subordinate staff for productivity performance welfare and safety functions. 1.6 To be responsible for the identification and segregation of all defective products arising from his assigned machinery. 1.7 To ensure production staff under his control is being efficiently deployed to meet production targets. 1.8 To be responsible for the good housekeeping & general cleanliness of his assigned area & direct his staff to maintain the same accordingly. 1.9 To act on any other responsibilities as may be directed from time to time
