Support the tax team with data entry and updating tax software with client information. Prepare and send client correspondence, including engagement letters and follow-ups. Assist with bookkeeping tasks related to invoicing and payments. Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available. Help with the onboarding of new clients and preparation of initial documentation. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team during peak tax season.
