CNC Milling Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Supervisor who will oversee and lead our CNC milling department to ensure leaders followed through the production policy: - Responsible in Daily Production Planning and Control. - Give daily morning meeting with regards to the Output Plan, Quality Performance. - To make arrangement of the workers to the line station, based on Skill Level & ensure trained personnel are put to the job - To ensure machinist to follow the Work Instruction - To ensure the safety in production department. - To assist Operation Manager review into the defect occurrence, and discuss to provide corrective action plan and sustainability plan - To assist Operation Manager to improve Quality and Productivity& to review the gaps in production and make changes to the policy - To assist Operation Manager to ensure the production the KPI such as Production Attainment, Quality Indices. - Assist for planning and regulating the assembly operations for the actual transformation of incoming parts into finished goods - Prepare data and report to Operation Manager on production target achievement and analysis. - Headcount planning intake and training activity planning to meet daily production capacity. - Planning and organizing resources to meet daily and monthly production targets. - Responsible to prepare data for output plan schedule, quality control, inventory control and report to OperationManager. - To upgrade the skill of tooling technician in Tooling department. - Ensure that the production is cost effective. - Plan, organize and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines. working experiences: *minimum 3 years related supervisor working experience in CNC Milling Production *minimum 3 years experience in supervising moulding production activities * good supervisory skill and interpersonal skills, able to work as a team
