Key Responsibilities: •To conduct research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in Malaysia targeting Bangladesh market. •Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives, aligning with the company's overall vision. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business opportunities. •Lead the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. •Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development initiatives with company offerings. •Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote its services and capabilities. •Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress toward goals, and market insights to senior management. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; •Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels. •Proficient in market analysis and business strategy development. •Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools. •Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. •Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. •Adaptable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow.
