 Assist the Chief Accountant with the day-to-day processing and recording of accounts receivable transactions (such as, but not limited to, debtors accounts, sales order, invoice, delivery order, packing list, quotation, etc.) and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures.  Assist the Chief Accountant with the day-to-day processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable and work closely with the Chief Accountant to ensure that revenues and receivables are reconciled at every month or any given time.  Assist the Chief Accountant with the day-to-day processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursement are paid accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures.  Assist the Chief Accountant with the day-to-day processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary.  Assist the Chief Accountant with the day-to-day in performing general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employer’s benefit costs, accruals and prepaid expenses.  Assist in any matters in relation to Human Resources (HR), Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Legal when required.  Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.  Always keep work/filing up-to-date and no backlog at all time.  Assist administrative works from time to time.  Demonstrate attention to details, good-record-keeping, and no lapsing of deadlines.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel).  Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.  Maintain strict confidentiality to all matters/information handled.  Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstation.
