Duties & Responsibilities: - • Assist in validation and verification activities, including change management and coordination with related departments. • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice, housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness at all times. • Prepare trend chart and review with line manager. • Develop monitoring plans and verification for corrective action to address complaint issues and prevent repetitive cases. • Coordinate and supervise daily quality inspection activity, arrange replacement during break time and weekends/PH to ensure sufficient manpower support. • Report and investigate any deviation or nonconformities found during daily inspection. • Handle non-conformance products by ensuring proper segregation and correct labelling on defect pallets. • Train and continuously monitor staff competency in functionality testing on machines and checking points to ensure compliance with standard specifications. • Verify Production Online reports including ATP swab, online, preservative, and tray sticker checking. • Update work instructions and guidelines if changes occur. Ensure calibrated and functioning equipment is used and maintain adequate inventory. Education & Experience: - • Minimum of Diploma. • Experienced in QC in-line inspection in manufacturing or packaging industry will have an advantage. Requirements & Skill: - • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO preferred. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel). • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently with less supervision and manage time effectively by prioritizing tasks. • Must be able to work extra hours, including weekends and public holidays, odd hours, rotating shifts, and be available on call at any time.
