The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of technology, and have strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Systems Analysis & Design: Analyze existing systems and processes, assess business requirements, and design new solutions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and technical teams to understand system needs and ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals. • Requirements Gathering: Lead the process of gathering detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for software development or system configuration. • Solution Implementation: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system development and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and that the systems function optimally. • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for business process re-engineering and system improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Evaluate system risks, provide recommendations for risk management, and ensure proper controls are in place to maintain system integrity and data security. • Training & Documentation: Develop detailed documentation for systems and processes, and provide training to users on new systems or enhancements to existing ones. • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance, ensure software patches are applied, and handle system upgrades as necessary to maintain functionality and security. • Reporting & Data Analysis: Design and generate reports to provide insights into business operations and support decision-making processes
