Position Overview As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the key driver in optimizing and automating marketing processes, enabling personalized and scalable customer engagement. Your role is critical in leveraging automation tools and strategies to streamline marketing efforts, nurture leads, and improve campaign performance across multiple channels. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless execution of automated marketing campaigns and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and digital marketing, to develop and execute automated workflows that support business objectives and maximize marketing ROI. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Automation Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows that align with the company’s marketing strategy. Automate multi-channel campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs to drive conversions and enhance the customer journey. • Platform Management: Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) to ensure that systems are fully integrated and functioning properly. Oversee platform maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. • Lead Nurturing & Scoring: Develop and manage lead scoring models and nurture campaigns to move leads through the marketing funnel, ensuring proper alignment between marketing and sales. Implement strategies to segment audiences and deliver personalized messaging based on customer behavior and interests. • Campaign Development & Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and launch automated email campaigns, landing pages, and digital marketing assets. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and data analysis. • Data Management & Segmentation: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of marketing databases, and create sophisticated segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns. Maintain data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing automation initiatives. Create reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, ROI) and provide insights for continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, content, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other marketing initiatives. Support sales with lead management, campaign tracking, and customer insights. • Optimization & Testing: Continuously test, refine, and improve marketing automation processes, including workflows, messaging, and timing, to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Lead efforts to implement new features, technologies, and best practices. • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all marketing communications and processes comply with industry standards and regulations. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
