  • Manage data entry & updating accounting records
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the Account Department
  • Handle processing of payments and claims according to procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting data entries
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Liaise with vendors, customers, bankers & etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties when required by the Management.
  • Must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Accounting & Finance.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Possesses strong time management skills and is sensitive to deadlines.
  • Displays meticulous attention to detail.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Team player, independent, self-motivated, and proactive working attitude.
  • Immediate availability for full-time employment is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
