Responsibilities : 1. Administer staff business travelling requirements with regards to flight arrangement and accommodations for local and abroad in an effective and efficient manner. 2. Established standard and ensures adherence of policies and procedures according to business operation requirements. 3. Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents. 4. Maintain and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 6. Support management and other staff with administrative tasks as required. 7. Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations. 8. Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-organized. Requirement & Qualification : 1. Possess at least SPM or equivalent. 2. Possess at least 1-2 years of experience as an Admin clerk or in similar role. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) 4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. 8.
